Non-Executive Director

Graham is the Chief Executive Officer at London’s Air Ambulance, the charity that delivers an advanced trauma team across London.  He is also a Director of the Association of Air Ambulances and a Trustee for the newly formed national charity.

Graham is a former Managing Director and Country Head at Deutsche Bank, where he led a variety of client-facing businesses as well as being heavily involved with their CSR initiatives.  During the last phase of his DB career, he established and managed their £10m Impact Investment Fund of Funds.  Graham has also founded an independent consultancy business, providing a range of advisory, coaching, training and leadership services.

Graham is passionate about leadership and creating sustainable change for organisations. He is also a Non-Executive Director for Resonance Ltd, a leading UK social investment provider and is an ambassador for both Arrival Education and Afrikids, having spent some time in northern Ghana with the charity.

He has two children and served 4 years as a Parent Governor at a state secondary school in Mid-Sussex.  Graham is a life-long supporter of Brighton & Hove Albion FC and now a keen cyclist, he is in training with a view to competing in the Trois Etapes event in the Pyrenees in 2016 to raise money for London’s Air Ambulance.
