Resonance

Miriam Unsworth joined Resonance as Property Manager in January 2023. She is responsible for overseeing repairs and maintenance for properties across the 7 funds. 

Miriam has spent the last 7 years working for both the private and public sector in Block Management. She is a Member of the Institute of Property Managers and an Associate of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor’s. 

Miriam also holds a BA (hons) Sociology degree from The University of Manchester and has always been interested in socially minded ventures. Volunteering as a mentor for a local youth group she saw how living in deprived areas in dilapidated housing had a negative impact on the children’s mental health. Miriam saw the role for Property Manager with Resonance advertised and applied, keen to work for a company that was seeking out solutions to the housing crisis. 

Miriam is a keen runner and recently ran a marathon, raising £1500 for Bolton Hospice.
