Ella recently started as an intern at Resonance in October 2024, working on the Youth Investment Fund. She assists the relationship managers with grant portfolios and administrative tasks, contributing to the goal of achieving positive outcomes for young people. 

Ella has recently completed her BA (Hons) Criminology degree at The University of Manchester. Throughout her time at university, she developed a strong foundation in the study of crime, criminal justice, and social impact, equipping her with both theoretical knowledge and practical insights into the field.

Outside of work, Ella is passionate about experiencing live music, regularly attending gigs and festivals. She has a deep appreciation for many diverse musical genres.
