Zoe Williams, Recruitment and Training Coordinator joined Resonance in July 2023. Zoe is responsible for the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish and will be recruiting more people into our growing team. Continuous learning and development is important for our staff at Resonance, therefore Zoe also supports the team with their training requirements.

Zoe has a degree in Business Management (BA Hons) and previously worked in administrative roles for the NHS whilst studying for it. She went on to utilise her degree within the Business Development department at a large-scale science facility and most recently worked for an Academic Trust, responsible for recruitment at 14 primary schools.

She enjoys nothing more than exploring the coast and countryside with her adventurous family and their dogs, she is passionate about keeping our beaches tidy and clean.
