Resonance

Heather is our People Development Manager and joined us in August 2019 and works as part of the People Team. Her role sees her supporting all our colleagues across various locations and helping them to progress in their development.

Having gained her Level 3 in People Practice (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development qualification) in 2019, she has now successfully gone on to gain her CIPD Level 5 HR Consultant/Partner qualification in July 2024.

In her spare time, Heather loves reading, working in her garden, and enjoying the beautiful beaches of North Cornwall. She also enjoys spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
