Karen joined the marketing and communications team in June 2019, managing the strategic planning, development and implementation of marketing and communications across the business with particular focus on our Homelessness Property Funds. Karen has over twenty years' marketing experience gained across industry sectors including charity, education and finance.

Karen is also a proud trustee for two Cornish charities: The Women's Centre Cornwall - which provides specialist support services for women and girls in the county who have experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence - and The 2 Minute Foundation - devoted to cleaning up our planet 2 minutes at a time by inspiring and empowering individuals, businesses and communities to make simple changes and contribute towards the planet's wellbeing.

Outside of work Karen has a real passion for the environment and being outdoors with her family; exploring local beaches and the moors, kayaking the Cornish coastline or practicing surfing. She also loves hitting the dance floor at gigs and festivals!
