Leila works within our Growing Enterprises team and has a focus on Southwest England. Part of the Growing Enterprises leadership team her role involves helping to develop and deliver new funds alongside working directly on social investments. She leads on the ongoing management of the Health and Wellbeing Challenge Fund (Southwest) and the Social Enterprise Support Fund.
Leila has had a portfolio career, ranging from running her own event management business to writing and analysing community share offers. She spent seven years in the renewable energy industry in roles working alongside individuals and community groups to bring their projects to fruition. Prior to joining Resonance, Leila was the Executive Director of the charity and social enterprise, Tir Coed. She now sits as Co-Chair on their Board of Trustees.
When not working, Leila enjoys the challenges of completing triathlons, cold water swimming and walking the Cornish coast path with her family.
