Simon Allcock

Investment Committee Member
Resonance Supported Homes Fund

Simon and the other investment committee members analyse and assess the robustness of the social enterprise deals put forward for investment.

Simon has over 20 years experience of working in supported housing, over that time providing accomodation and support services to the broadest range of customer groups. His approach combines delivering the highest quality of properties alongside coproduced services in a psychologically informed environment. 

He currently works as Head of Improvement for The Riverside Group, a national registered provider of social and supported housing. His specific responsibilities are around policy, procedure and property strategy within the Care and Support portfolio. 

Simon is also a trustee for local homelessness charity It Takes A City - Cambridge whichever has a remit to positively impact homelessness by bringing the whole city together.
