Resonance

Theo joined Resonance in July 2021 as a Property Acquisition Manager. He is currently involved in the deployment and acquisitions for ‘National Homelessness Property Fund 2’ although he does have some involvement in other property funds.

Theo has a BSc (hons) Business Economics and an RICS accredited MSc (hons) Real Estate and Property Management from University of Salford. He has been a part of numerous social impact ventures, starting some himself as well as working as part of organisations. He has previous experience working in construction, architectural practice and social housing property development.

Although he is currently working towards Residential Chartered Surveyor status, Theo enjoys spending his free time playing sports; basketball, tennis or in the gym. If he is not doing one of these activities you can find him in the pub with friends supporting his favourite football team Arsenal.
