Head of Property Portfolio
Manchester
Martin’s role at Resonance is Head of Property Portfolio where together with the Team will manage a growing portfolio of homes across the UK. Martin’s focus will be ensuring all aspects of our portfolio of homes are managed in a way that allows us to continue to deliver social outcomes to our tenants whilst providing an appropriate return to our investors.
Martin has worked in the property sector for over 30 years, initially focusing on sales and lettings in both residential and commercial markets. However, for the last 25 years, he has specialised in property and asset management in both the private and social sectors where he has been responsible for substantial portfolios some in excess of 50,000 homes. Martin strongly believes that everyone is entitled to a warm, safe, affordable home when they need it and through joining Resonance he looks forward to continuing to support this goal.
Away from work, Martin enjoys using his National Trust membership to visit with his wife historic homes and areas of outstanding natural beauty across the UK.
