Nick and the other investment committee members analyse and assess the robustness of the social enterprise deals put forward for investment.

Nick is an expert in property investment and social finance. He had over thirty years’ experience of real estate financing at Barclays. He currently holds several positions including Board Member and Chair of Audit Committee of the national housing association, Home Group, a Trustee of Oasis Aquila Housing as well as consulting for Social Finance. He is also a trustee of Scops Arts Trust.

His previous roles have included being an independent Board Member of the GLA’s Homes for London board, Member of HCA Housing Finance Group, Member of Mayor of London’s Housing Taskforce, and Member of Montague Review examining the potential for institutional investment in the private rental sector.
