Marcus joined the company in February 2025 as a Property Investment Analyst within the growing Property Acquisitions team. His role focuses on sourcing and acquiring suitable properties for Resonance’s ‘National Homelessness Property Fund 2’ to purchase whilst working closely with our housing providers to help improve the lives of those in need. 

Having spent a decade working in various roles within property sales, development and personal finance Marcus is keen to put his experience to good use by joining Resonance at such an exciting stage of their growth. 

In his spare time Marcus enjoys nothing more than spending time with his young family and, when not on bedtime duty, will be found at his local tennis club where he plays in a number of teams.
