Andy plays a central role in IT at Resonance, ensuring that the tools, systems and integrations supporting the organisation are secure, reliable and fit for purpose as the team continues to grow.

With a degree in Digital Media Development from the University of Winchester, Andy began his career as a front-end web developer before moving into IT operations and app development. He went on to manage IT for a Cornwall-based renewable energy company, overseeing call centre infrastructure. Having been with Resonance for over a decade, Andy brings deep organisational knowledge and a strong focus on pragmatic, secure, well-governed technology that supports long-term social impact.

Outside of work, Andy spends time exploring the landscapes of the South West with an interest in place, history and geography. He also enjoys small leather working projects, wood carving, or a good book.
