Resonance

Beverley’s role at Resonance is Investment Manager, she works on the new impact investment fund, Resonance Community Developers.

Her career spans over 30 years working across the UK for public and private sectors in the social housing sector / built environment, housing management and business and service development. She has worked for several Registered Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities as well as private construction companies. 

Beverley is an accredited Community Led Housing Adviser, Community Shares Practitioner and an Ambassador for The Community Land Trust. She lives in Leeds, West Yorkshire and over the years has held a several non-executive roles with charities. She is currently a Board Director for Leeds Community Homes and a Founder Trustee for Smart Works Leeds. 

In her down time, Beverley has a real passion to discover her ancestral roots and travels when she can embrace the experience. She also enjoys dancing and participates in salsa and Afro-beat dance classes.
