Resonance

Donna arranges investment for the Resonance Enterprise Investment Fund and for our external partner funds at SIB. Donna also manages the Resonance SITR Funds, which provided social investment to enterprises helping to tackle poverty and disadvantage.  A key function of this role is to support the social enterprises by offering her business expertise or introducing them to professionals who provide pro-bono and low bono advice; to ensure the businesses meet their social outcomes in a financially sustainable way.

Previously Donna was a consultant at London-based Hinde Capital, introducing financial intermediaries to their commodity funds. She also worked for nine years as a Portfolio Executive for 3i, where she helped grow and sell minority stakes in businesses in Bristol and the South West. Prior to this, she worked for Deutsche Bank, London, as the Securities Lending Fund Manager.

For ten years Donna was a business mentor for the Princes’ Trust in Bristol, helping young people start up and manage their own businesses; and for five years she was the Treasurer at In Hope (Bristol) Ltd, a homelessness support charity that have worked across Bristol for over 35 years.
