Resonance

Jess joined the Growing Enterprises team as an intern at Resonance in July 2022 and now works as an Investment Analyst. Her main focus is managing the Health and Wellbeing Challenge Fund portfolio of organisations based in the South West, working alongside the Leila Sharland (Fund Manager) and the other members of the team. She also supports the other funds within Impact Labs, including the Resonance Enterprise Investment fund and SITR funds. 

Whilst undertaking an Economics degree at the University of Bath, Jess spent a year in industry working with social enterprises in East London and became interested in social finance. After graduating, she worked in Events for a couple of years before obtaining her position with Resonance. She is passionate about impact investing and the inspiring work that social enterprises do. 

Outside of work, Jess is a keen endurance runner and has competed for Great Britain over cross country and on the track at junior and senior level. She hopes to continue her success and gain more opportunities to compete for Great Britain in the future. She is also an animal lover and enjoys long walks in the countryside with her dogs.
