Hal’s role as a Property Acquisition Manager focuses on establishing the Resonance ‘National Homelessness Property Fund 2’ portfolio. Working closely with Acquisition Managers and our Charity Partners, he utilises successful property sourcing strategies to help ensure we fulfil our shared purpose and accomplish our aims.
In summer 2020, Hal graduated from Sheffield Hallam University having achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Real Estate BSc. Additionally, he has completed a placement year in Retail Lease Consultancy at Savills head office in London.
Outside of work Hal enjoys reading, music, running and spending time with friends (be that at the pub or climbing a mountain!). His passion for travel and seeking experiences across the world has led him backpacking across Europe and South East Asia; a highlight being an extensive North to South motorcycle expedition of Vietnam.
