Resonance

Megan joined the portfolio team in May 2021 as an Investment Assistant and is now Assistant Portfolio Manager. She manages the properties that housing partners have taken on across all seven property funds and manages the handover and leasing process for the currently deploying property funds. 

Megan graduated from Bangor University with a bachelor’s degree in Social Policy. This further fuelled her interest in working in the social sector and the housing sector specifically.  

Outside of work, she enjoys climbing, listening to music and going for walks on the moors.
