We partner with housing providers, charities and social enterprises across the UK to increase the supply of safe, affordable homes for people experiencing housing crisis.

Through our 8 property funds, we acquire and refurbish homes before leasing them to expert housing partners, enabling them to grow their housing offer without needing to raise capital or purchase properties themselves.

Our partners support a wide range of people, including:

- People experiencing or at risk of homelessness

- Households living in temporary accommodation

- Women fleeing domestic abuse

- Women leaving the criminal justice system

- People with learning disabilities and autistic people

- People experiencing rough sleeping

Alongside a stable home, tenants can access specialist support tailored to their needs, helping them sustain their tenancy, improve their wellbeing and build a more secure future.

To date, across all 8 of our property funds, we have acquired c1,350 homes, helping c4,400 people access safe and stable housing across England.
