If you are a housing provider, charity or social enterprise that needs additional property to be able to grow, thrive and support more people facing housing crisis we may be able to help.

We are already working with around twenty housing partners, acquiring and refurbishing properties for them across the UK for people facing housing crisis and living in temporary and emergency accommodation. This includes individuals and families unable to afford private rentals and on long waiting lists for social housing, women fleeing domestic abuse, unable to find a safe place to live or leaving the criminal justice system without a home to go to, people with learning disabilities and autistic people currently living in inappropriate accommodation such as long-term hospital beds, and people sleeping rough on the streets.

The housing providers we have partnered with to date are enabling us to deliver large-scale impact across the UK by providing desperately needed move-on accommodation for people facing housing crisis.

Crucially, as well as providing decent, safe and affordable homes for people, our housing partners also provide tenants with specialist and individualised support services. This includes support for mental and physical health issues, addiction and trauma, gender-specific issues, finding employment and training, and help in sustaining their tenancies. This enables tenants to settle into their homes, put down roots in their local communities and to create positive futures for themselves.

To date our impact property funds have provided over 1,140 homes for over 3,600 people across the UK, who were living in temporary, emergency and often inappropriate housing, rough sleeping or facing homelessness.

We continue to work with our housing partners - whilst having conversations with potential new partners - to acquire and refurbish the right homes to meet their tenants’ needs, expanding the geographical reach of our property funds across the UK.

We are interested in hearing from housing providers and charities who are working with people facing and experiencing homelessness, which have an infrastructure that would enable them to partner with us to deliver a focused solution through our homelessness property funds.
