Ben joined Resonance in April 2024 as Senior Consultant working on the Resonance Supported Homes Fund (RSHF).

Ben has worked in the housing sector for over 30 years, for housing associations and local authorities between 1990 and 2000 and in the charitable housing sector since then, primarily in the supported housing field. Ben has had a varied career and has worked in asset management, housing management, strategy, business development and was latterly Managing Director of Forward Housing, a charitable subsidiary of the Thera group. Whilst working for United Response, Ben was part of the team that helped develop the RSHF and is really excited to be working as part of the Resonance team on its deployment. Ben has a postgraduate diploma in Housing Studies and is a member of the Institute of Housing.

In his spare time, Ben enjoys swimming and cycling, spending time with friends and family and is a big music fan. As well as spending too much money on records and gigs, he and his friends DJ and promote events in Manchester and the Northwest.
