Resonance

Jamal joined the Resonance property team in September 2021 and is assisting in on-boarding new contractors Nationwide. Part of his work is to ensure each property meets the compliance requirements and also have all the compliance documents for each contractor we onboard. He will also be updating key property data on the Portfolio Management sheet and retrieving quotes from contractors to carry out remedial works on properties which have faults.

Previously, Jamal worked in the facilities management sector for 4 years, ranging from working at the British Museum and recently on the British Land contract - overseeing x4 high end commercial office buildings in the West End area.

Outside of work Jamal enjoys volunteering for his local community centre based in Camberwell, which he has been doing for the last 5 years. The role involves assisting the youth on career routes, lifestyle changes, securing grants for the community centre and helping raise public awareness on issues relevant to the community.
