Eamonn is Head of Property Acquisitions at Resonance, overseeing the Acquisition Team’s purchase of properties for the various funds. He is also focused on maintaining a solid pipeline of new properties through the acquisition of portfolios and properties with development potential.

Eamonn has over 30 years’ experience in the residential sector ranging from acquisitions, portfolio management, refurbishment, asset enhancement and disposal working for Plc companies, Start Ups and for himself. He also has an MSc in Property Management & Development from University of East London. 

Outside of work Eamonn is a committee member of a local grassroots youth football club, enjoys DIY and loves skiing holidays.
