He is an ex-Director and now a Valuation Consultant with Jones Lang Lasalle and a Senior Member of its Affordable Housing Valuation Team. Shuab has over twenty years' property sector experience, both on client-side buying/selling/asset-managing residential portfolios and most recently on advisory-side issuing some of the largest RICS regulated social housing valuations in the sector.
