Kay joined Resonance in February 2015 to assist in the running of the Real Lettings Property Fund. Following on from the success of this initiative, she was enlisted to build the framework for the National Homelessness Property Fund. Kay now works on this fund in an operational role; managing the acquisition team and ensuring the smooth completion and handover of properties.
Before Kay joined Resonance she studied International Development: Poverty, Conflict and Reconstruction.
Kay enjoys making the most of the surrounding countryside with weekend hikes and camping trips. She also loves hunting for new music and when not up a hill or at a gig, she is likely to be found eating Turkish food! Since 2012 she has volunteered as a drop-in centre worker as well as a Trustee for the charity Manchester Action on Street Health, a role she enjoys and continues to this day.
