Josh is a Property Investment Analyst working on the National Homelessness Property Fund 2, focusing on sourcing properties in Gloucestershire, Manchester and Liverpool. 

Previously Josh completed a CiLEX Legal Apprenticeship at a law firm in Leeds whilst working in their Litigation Funding team, specialising in Court of Protection bill drafting. Following this he worked as a Property Manager for a local estate agent dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors. 

During his spare time, Josh enjoys exploring new restaurants, coffee shops and music venues. When he isn’t out and about, he also enjoys time with his family with a board game or watching a film.
