1ST DEAL: MUSTARD SEED PROPERTY

First major deal into Mustard Seed Property enabling them to purchase their first property

2007

Sponsored by the Cabinet Office, Resonance partnered with a couple of others as a joint venture called Equity Plus, to look at angel investing

Cochabamba deal, based in Bolivia, completed

2008

Resonance and Community Land & Finance merge

C £4M DEAL: BEYONDAUTISM

c. £4m secured to purchase and redevelop a property into a school for 56 children with autism
