Resonance

Zita joined the Resonance Property Development team in July 2025. She’ll be playing a key role in tackling homelessness by ensuring the properties that Resonance purchase are refurbished to a standard that we and our housing partners are proud of. 

Previously, Zita was a Major Works Planner providing quality building maintenance and planned works for social housing across 2 regions in the South East of England. Her prior experience also expands to Project Managing and resourcing impact protection fit outs for commercial spaces. 

In her spare time, Zita loves to travel and explore new cultures. Her greatest memory is having travelled across South East Asia for 6 months visiting 7 countries in 2023.
