We provide life changing homes and solutions for people and communities facing crisis.
Through our 8 pioneering social impact residential property funds, we work with institutional investors and expert housing partners to provide safe, affordable homes with wrap-around support. Since our first property fund launched in 2013, and at end of March 2025, we provided homes for c4,400 people in c1,350 properties in major cities across the UK.
With peoples' homes at the heart of what we do, our Impact Labs team develops the ecosystem around our impact property funds, so we can innovate new solutions, pilot systemic change, increase supply and scale opportunity.
Through our regulated fund management subsidiary Resonance Impact Investment Limited, we create and manage scalable diversified residential property funds. These funds currently operate across three tenant groups – homelessness, vulnerable women, and individuals with learning disabilities.
Through our Impact Labs, we develop solutions to help grow social enterprises, build and enable community resilience and innovate social impact.
We provide housing solutions for people facing crisis, and are constantly on the lookout for social enterprises and housing partners from across the UK to work with us. In addition, we are searching for appropriate homes to purchase, either single units or portfolios, to house individuals and families who are facing a housing crisis.
