The RLPF acquires flats in Greater London and then leases these to Broadway, a Homelessness charity, who then house families and individuals who are formerly homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

For example, Broadway recently housed a 37 year old man who had been living in a hostel, as his relationship with his partner had broken down, mainly due to long term unemployment. He now has a home he can call his own and spends more quality time with his young daughter as well as preparing for job interviews. He said “the first time my daughter came to stay we had an amazing time and looking after her has taken a strain off her mother too and we are getting on much better now”
