Health & Wellbeing Challenge Fund (South West) Social Impact Report 2016/18

Welcome to the first impact report for Resonance’s Health and Wellbeing Challenge Fund (South West). We are proud to showcase the impact of our amazing social enterprise investees based on the outcomes they reported to us in March 2018. We’ve included some of the stories from those supported by our investees as well as just a little of what our first thirteen investees are doing. The report also summarises the key achievements from the Fund’s first two years of operation from July 2016 to July 2018. The fund has been made possible thanks to backing by Big Society Capital, Big Lottery Fund & South West Academic Health Science Network.
