Community Land & Finance Social Impact Reports 2012/13

The Resonance Community Land & Finance Community Interest Company operates two community funds.

The first is the Community Share Underwriting Fund (CSUF), which exists to support communities acquiring or developing revenue creating community assets, which are funded by community share offers. The second is the Affordable Homes Rental Fund (AHRF), which exists to house people affordably who otherwise would not be able to live in their communities. At the same time, it helps to stabilise and strengthen these communities as sustainable social and economic locations.
