We are very proud of our employees at Resonance – they work very hard to deliver our company’s vision and mission. In return we try to reward them with above industry average compensation and benefits. Prior to the pandemic, Resonance already offered its staff flexible working hours, job sharing and one day a week working from home. During the lock-downs the whole team moved to working from home and despite this perceived inconvenience, four new funds were launched and our investee social enterprises were fully supported. Having proved the team could maintain productivity without attending the office five days per week, Resonance consulted its staff members to ask them if they would like to move to a more hybrid model of working i.e. more working from home as well as moving to a ‘9 Day Fortnight’. We trialled these hybrid working models in 2022, which were then adopted in April 2023.
