Information, resources and tools to help your business through the crisis.
Help and advice from government and support agencies for you and your family.
Having emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic, businesses and individuals were taking tentative steps to rebuild lives and livelihoods against a background of huge government borrowing, with supply chain shortages and increasing food prices especially causing concern. Now we are facing a whole new set of pressures caused by war in Europe: spiralling inflation stoked by sky high rises in fuel and energy prices, with the knock on effects including continued hikes in food prices, and interest rates accelerating at the fastest rate since 2008.
Everyone is being affected, business and individuals alike. For Resonance that includes our investee social enterprises, their staff, our own staff and the tenants living in the properties belonging to our impact property funds. These price increases are impacting every aspect of our lives and causing much anxiety and concern, especially with the winter approaching.
At Resonance, we have a Cost of Living Working Group which has been collating information from our tenants, staff and social enterprises and discussing the ways in which we might be able to offer some support. Resonance is no more immune from these increasing costs than anyone else or any other business, but we know that our wonderful social enterprises are trying to support more people than ever before in these difficult times, despite many of them experiencing their own difficulties, so we would like to be able to help if we can. Our Cost of Living Resource Hub is just one small way in which we hope to be able to signpost Individuals and Social Enterprises to relevant third parties, which might be able to help, as well as including some helpful tips on how you might be able to make some savings.
If you have any ideas or information, you think we should be sharing on this Hub, please email [email protected] and we will be sure to upload to the Hub.
If you are one of our social enterprises and would like to speak to someone about your individual situation, please contact your investment manager.
