Job Title: Property Development Manager
Location: You’ll probably be based in our Manchester office, but we will also consider candidates who would prefer to work from our London office (a modest London weighting may be available). We are currently working with a hybrid model of home working and office based.
Salary: £31,000 to £36,000 per annum (depending upon experience).
Hours: Monday to Friday, full time, hybrid working 9 day fortnight (equivalent 36 hours per week).
Summary: Resonance is an impact property fund manager that helps adults and children who are in a housing crisis, by transforming the relationship between private investment and social good and, to help us, we are looking for a dynamic Property Development Manager to join our growing, friendly team. This is a 2-year fixed term contract and during this time you’ll help us build on our success to date by continuing to deliver and grow our pioneering impact property fund initiatives.
Reporting to the Head of Property Development, you’ll be responsible for the refurbishment and handover to our Housing Partners, of properties that we acquire. To help you achieve this you will have responsibility to ensure that the right resource has been procured and onboarded to carry out the refurbishment works to meet agreed targets.
You'll be central to navigating, identifying and problem solving all the way through the refurbishment process.
You will have to have great communication skills as you will be working with both internal and external teams, such as Contract Managers, Property Viewers, EPC/Retrofit Assessors, Electrical and Gas Safe Engineers to make sure our properties are amazing for our VIPs - adults and children who were previously in a housing crisis homeless or in temporary accommodation.
