Job Title: Property Acquisitions Manager
Contract: Full time
Salary: £25,0000 per annum, company pension scheme, flexible working arrangements and 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)
Hours: 5 Days, Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week
Key Function: To source and build a pipeline of suitable properties for Resonances's property funds and then progress these acquisitions quickly to completion. This person will work closely with the Senior Acquisitions Manager in sourcing properties building a rapport with local estate agents, trouble-shooting, monitoring and driving forward the conveyancing process as well as supporting the portfolio management team in any post-completion admin.
