Job Title:  Financial Controller (Impact Labs)

Location:  The Finance Team is based at our HQ in Launceston, Cornwall. We are currently working with a hybrid model of home working and office based. 

Salary:  £40-£45k per annum pro rata (Internal Band 5), company pension, flexible working policies, company sick pay scheme and 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays).

Hours:  Monday to Friday, full time, hybrid working 9 day fortnight (equivalent 36 hours per week). 4 Day part-time considered.

Our growing Finance Team are now looking for a Financial Controller to join them. 

This is an important role arising due to the expansion of our finance team and investment business in general. This role will have direct contact with investors, grant providers and the social enterprises we support. You will assist and work with the Financial Director, providing financial and technical advice to our Impact Lab Teams and managing all aspects of their internal accounting functions.

You will be involved at each stage of the Impact Lab projects from the planning through to their eventual completion, managing the financial transactions and various relationships throughout the process.
