PURPOSE OF PARTNERSHIP:
The Resonance Supported Homes Fund is buying, refurbishing, and adapting residential properties (flats, houses, bungalows, and blocks of flats) in communities across the UK to meet the specific needs of United Response’s tenants. This will allow United Response to achieve their mission of moving people out of unsuitable accommodation and into supported homes of their choice, enabling each tenant to live life to the fullest, as independently as possible. United Response also provides person-centred support for every tenant. This could include housing support such as managing tenancies and property repairs, supported living such as housework, personal care, shopping, educational and employment support and more, and community services to help tenants settle into their local communities via activities, socialising, sports and volunteering. This support is crucial in order to enable tenants to live their lives with independence and choice.
