About United Response
United Response is a national charity supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs to live independently. Through personalised support, housing and employment services, they help people build confidence, develop life skills and play an active role in their communities
Our partnership
Since 2020, United Response has partnered with Resonance through the Resonance Supported Homes Fund. The fund acquired and adapted homes to meet tenants' needs, while United Response provided the specialist support that enabled people to live safely and independently.
Impact
Together, Resonance and United Response have helped increase the supply of high-quality supported housing for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs. More importantly, the partnership has enabled people to move into homes that reflect their individual needs and aspirations, giving them the security and support to live with greater independence, confidence and choice. By combining social investment with specialist care, the partnership has shown how the right home can create lasting social impact for individuals, families and communities.
