About Apricot Learning Online
Apricot Learning Online provides specialist online education for children and young people who may struggle to access or engage with mainstream education. Using a trauma-informed and personalised approach, it supports students with SEND, social, emotional and mental health needs, those in care, and young people experiencing challenges such as anxiety. Through supportive relationships and individually tailored lessons, Apricot helps students rebuild confidence, re-engage with learning and, where appropriate, work towards reintegration into mainstream education.
Our Investment
Resonance invested through the Health & Wellbeing Challenge Fund to support Apricot Learning Online's expansion, including growing its team of teachers and increasing the number of schools and students it could work with across the UK.
Our Impact
The investment enabled Apricot Learning Online to increase its capacity and extend specialist education to more young people who face barriers to mainstream learning. By growing its teaching team and school partnerships, Apricot has been able to provide more students with consistent, personalised support that helps them rebuild positive relationships with education, improve engagement and develop greater confidence and independence in their learning.
