Varun is a Property Investment Analyst at Resonance, where he plays a key role in identifying and acquiring properties that align with the company's strategic goals. His responsibilities include building strong relationships with housing providers, estate agents, and developers, coordinating property viewings, and ensuring acquisitions are completed efficiently and on time. He also supports the conveyancing process and contributes to quarterly investor reports and market research. With a keen eye for detail, He works proactively to address any issues that arise throughout the acquisition process, ensuring all IT records are accurate and up to date.

Before joining Resonance, Varun worked as a Planning and Forecasting Analyst at Calisen, where he optimized the installation of smart meters, EV chargers, and heat pumps. His work involved creating performance dashboards, forecasting trends, and optimizing workforce deployment based on data analysis. Prior to that, he was a Business Analyst at Long Lane Deliveries Ltd., where he led data-driven projects to enhance operational efficiency, including improving timesheet software and generating insightful performance reports using Power BI.

Outside of work, Varun is an accomplished swimmer with 23 years of experience, including 4 years as a qualified swimming instructor. He has competed in national-level events and was a triathlon winner in 2019. He also enjoys cruise vacations and exploring new destinations.
