Resonance

Having joined Resonance in 2025, Tom works as a Fund Manager covering the Women in Safe Homes Fund and Resonance Supported Homes Fund. He is responsible for investor relations, housing partner management and fund management for these 2 Pioneer Funds.

Tom has previously worked within debt financing and equity investment across a variety of property sectors, including at Barclays in Real Estate Structuring and Coverage teams and more recently founding and holding the CIO role of a private equity real estate group covering fund management, investment advisory and property management. He’s excited to transfer his skills from previous roles to Resonance to help make a real difference in people’s lives through providing safe and stable housing for those who are most in need.

Tom holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from UCL and a Professional Diploma in Banking & Finance from the London Institute of Banking & Finance.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys keeping active through squash, golf, running and cycling. He also enjoys cooking for friends and continuing to add to his already too large cookbook collection.
