Resonance

Stephen is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales who joined Resonance in January 2026 to support the finance team with the annual statutory audit of the many entities within the group as well assist with process and system improvement. 

Soon after qualification, he moved from practice into industry and commerce, gaining experience in a wide range of sectors including telecommunications, retail, where he secured his first role as Finance Director, software, recruitment, service offices and adult social care, the latter bringing him to Cornwall. Aside from working for Resonance, he provides finance and business advice to SME’s. 

Outside of work, he is a director of a local charitable company and treasurer of the church which he and his wife attend.
