Resonance

Sophie started as an intern with Resonance in September 2026. She first became interested in social impact work after engaging in work experience with several local authorities and getting to learn firsthand the complex yet rewarding nature of the mission of community improvement.

During summer of 2026, she worked with a women’s charity as an administrative assistant and receptionist, which was a very meaningful insight into some of the experiences and struggles Resonance is working to help people overcome, and the types of organisations they might work alongside.  

Currently, she is working in the Strengthening Impact team within Impact Solutions, with a focus on supporting the rollout of a new affordable housing grant project.

Outside of work, Sophie enjoys watching live comedy, collecting old movies from charity shops and drawing.
