Megan Devlin

As Senior Property Portfolio Manager at Resonance, I work closely with our team to enhance our repairs and maintenance services, while driving the development and management of our leasehold property portfolio. A key part of my role is supporting our housing partners and ensuring we build and maintain strong, effective relationships with them. I’m also involved in supporting the delivery of our projects across the North West, Gloucestershire, and London.

I hold a degree in Housing Management from the University of Ulster, Belfast, where my passion for housing and property first began. During my placement year as a Student Housing Officer, I discovered how rewarding it was to make a tangible difference in people’s lives—confirming I’d chosen the right career path.

After graduating, I moved to Liverpool and began my career in social housing as a Housing Officer, where I worked for three years, before progressing into block management as a Property Manager for four years. I bring a strong background in residential property—covering both private and social housing—along with extensive experience in tenant relations, large portfolio management, major works, and collaboration with external agencies such as social services, the police, and environmental health. I’m passionate about promoting tenancy sustainability and creating positive housing outcomes.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me outdoors—hiking, exploring new places, or planning my next adventure abroad. I love travelling and making sure I spend quality time with my family back home in Ireland.
