Community Land & Finance (CLF) is a Community Interest Company (CIC) set up to assist community-led groups in developing and financing assets to achieve more sustainable and resilient communities.
CLF currently operates three funds, two of which have been fully deployed. A new fund, Resonance Community Developers, is to be launched in 2021. These funds provide finance for community-led, asset projects including:
