With the extremely high anticipated demand for grant funding, sadly the SESF will not be able to support every application. Applications are assessed by us against a standardised criterion by an experienced team and we have done our best to reduce errors, but we know that mistakes can happen.
Due to the volume of applications, we apologise that we cannot offer explanations or enter into correspondence on individual grant refusals or provide feedback on applications in general.
We are committed to providing a high quality service to all applicants and awardees, but we know that sometimes things may go wrong. If it does, we would like you to tell us about it so we can put things right. It will also help us to improve our standards.
If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us either by email or letter setting out specifically the reason for your complaint and referencing the date of your application.
