Property Acquisition Consultant: Milton Keynes
Resonance currently manages the successful and award winning Real Lettings Property Fund (RLPF). This is a £60 million property fund acquiring homes in London, which are then rented to St Mungo’s Broadway, a homelessness charity, in order for them to house families who are at risk of homelessness. Resonance is now taking this London initiative to other cities within the UK partnering again with St Mungo’s Broadway, as well as other homelessness charities around the UK.
Term: 3 month contract with potential for extension over 2 year investment period of the Fund
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £20 per hour plus travel expenses
Responsible to: Kay Orlopp, Deployment Manager
Important Functional Relationships:
Investment Director, Investment Manager, Investment Assistant, Investment Intern, Contract Manager, Accounts Assistant and Investment Committee
- To view properties put forward by our central desktop sourcing team using our acquisition template for recording key viewing data.
- Proactively network within the market to feed in additional leads and information to central sourcing team with a view to sourcing off market deals.
- Provide an accurate and detailed written report to the Property Fund Administrator for submission to the Investment Committee.
- If you have the necessary building surveying experience there may also be the opportunity to manage the refurbishment of these properties but this would be negotiated under a separate contract.
