Apprentice – Property Funds
Resonance is a social impact investment company. For more than 14 years we have been helping social enterprises prepare for and raise capital from investors who value both their impact ambition and business model. We also create and manage impact investment funds, focused on the capital needs of multiple social enterprises and we have just over £150m under management. We have particular expertise in community-led projects, homelessness, education, health, social care, criminal justice, agriculture and renewable energy. The Resonance team of 30, work from offices in Launceston, Manchester, Bristol & London.
Location: Kings Cross, London
Salary: Appropriate government rate set for apprentice schemes for initial 6-month probation, rising to adult minimum wage rate upon successful completion. Upon successful completion of apprenticeship adjustment to at least London Living Wage
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm (except any agreed study day)
Responsible to: Connell Grogan, Portfolio Manager
Direct Supervisory Responsibility for: None
Indirect Supervisory Responsibility for: None
Important Functional Relationships:
Internal: Senior Investment Manager, Deployment Manager, Property Fund Administrator, Handover Manager and Property Finders;
External: Our charity partner(s), Property Refurbishment Consultants, Property Acquisition Consultants and Contractors;
Administrative support across all Resonance’s property funds – the National Homelessness Property Fund (NHPF) and Real Lettings Property Fund 1 & 2
