James holds the Head of Property Portfolio role at Resonance on an interim basis as an external consultant. He has overall responsibility for the management of our property portfolio which is currently over 1000 properties.

James has worked within the Housing Sector at Executive Level for the last 20 years and has delivered a number of roles for some of the Countries leading not for profits and private businesses. He has led the development of over 500 new homes within a private sector affordable housing business and sits as a non executive director for a number of Housing Associations. He is regarded as a development, asset management and strategic business planning specialist within the sector.

Away from work he will either be found with his young family or on the golf course trying to maintain his single figure handicap.
