Property Refurbishment Consultant
Would you like to be involved in refurbishing £70m worth of residential properties which make a real impact on the issue of homelessness in the UK?
Resonance is looking for someone with experience in managing the refurbishment of residential properties and who understands what’s needed to bring a tired property up to a set specification, meeting required health and safety standards within budget and on time.
Experience of carrying out inventory work and/or working within a housing association setting would be advantageous.
A target driven, proactive, self-motivated team player, your work will be critical to the success of the Real Lettings Property Fund 2, social impact fund which purchase homes for people who are at risk of homelessness in the UK. In partnership with St. Mungo’s, Resonance property funds have housed over 1000 people to date.
This role is a unique chance to use your experience maybe from working in a housing association, social lettings agency or property management company who would be proud in the knowledge that their work would benefit vulnerable people. It offers a chance to work for an award winning private rented sector fund and develop your skill set in managing single unit void works at scale.
Term: Contracted Self-Employed
Salary: £700 per unit
