The Head of Communications primary role will be to lead the Communications team focused on raising the profile of Resonance. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a Communications Strategy. Building, developing and leading the communications team and resourcing and supporting others in the business to extend their effectiveness in communicating key messages and extending their influence. You will be building on a small but skilled team focused on raising Resonance’s profile through clear and compelling intelligence gathering and story telling both internally and externally. The remit of the team extends to PR, Impact Reporting, Policy and Research, IT.

Resonance is recruiting for an Investment Manager based in its Launceston team to help run the Health & Wellbeing Challenge Fund, a pioneering social impact investment fund focused on Health & Wellbeing in the South West. Our mission is to connect capital with social enterprise, and we have 15 years track record in delivering that. This fund has been developed with existing partners and investors, and provides access to affordable investment for social enterprises in the South West needing investment of £150k or less, and with a focus on Health & Wellbeing outcomes. You will be taking responsibility for originating and executing investments from the fund, as well as further developing its strategy and building its profile across the region, alongside other team members. If you have experience in finance and a passion for using this to build up transformational social enterprises.

Would you like to be involved in refurbishing £70m worth of residential properties which make a real impact on the issue of homelessness in the UK?
Resonance is looking for someone with experience in managing the refurbishment of residential properties and who understands what’s needed to bring a tired property up to a set specification, meeting required health and safety standards within budget and on time.
Experience of carrying out inventory work and/or working within a housing association setting would be advantageous.
